When an existing site is shut down, a site with a similar name is often opened. Just because the names are similar or the same, there is no guarantee that they are the same site. When torrenting is blocked, Twitter often provides access to the address.

The surest way is to use a web proxy site. Depending on the blocking method, the possible bypass method may be slightly different, but in general, the web proxy site has the highest success rate. In addition to using a web proxy, there are methods such as using a web browser that bypasses SNI blocking and using a VPN... Web proxy is the easiest way to use it without installing any program.
