The worldwide profit of the film “Parasite” directed by Bong Joon-Ho has surpassed 300 billion won.
According to Box Office Mojo, the box office aggregation site on the 13th, the global profit of 'parasites' was 2,533,523,523 dollars (KRW 3,104,990.68 million).
In North America, it made a profit of $ 5,27,4907 (KRW 6,497.97 million). Among the films released in North America so far, the films that earned more than 'parasites' were composed of three works: 'Waoh Jang-ryong' ($ 1.28 million), 'Life is beautiful' ($ 57.2 million), and 'Hero' ($ 53.7 million). That's it.
Japan's sales have already exceeded 4 billion yen, exceeding 4,471.6 million yen (47.7 billion won). According to Eiga.com, a Japanese film site, it ranked third in the Japanese box office last weekend (7-8 days).
